We check and pack each item in your orders thoroughly before dispatching for delivery. If you have received a defective or damaged product, do not hesitate to write to us at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt. We will assess any defect or damage on a case by case basis.
The refund and exchange policy only apply to orders shipped within Singapore. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for international orders at this time.
